Hi, this is a very common problem with this particular model furnace. Start by cleaning the flame sensor. First start by turning the furnace off at the power switch. Make sure it is not hot, allow at least one hour to cool if it was previously running. Next look close to the burners for a single wire running to a porcelain base with a metal rod approximately 1/8 in. Diameter and 2-3 inches long. This device is the flame sensor. It is very basic. Simply remove the single screw holding it in place, then clean the metal rod with emry cloth or a fine sand paper. Re-install and turn the power back on. This should fix it. Please let’s know either way.
